About Us
Pathways to Work & Housing Resources operates from Dutchess Couty, offering virtual guiadance and referrals to individuals and families across New York State is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing housing and life challenges. We provide mentorship, guidance, and community support to youth, young adults, and families navagating housing instability. We welcome and support children and adults with autism, ensuring we connect them with inclusive programs that meet their unique needs. Our goal is to help every person build confidence, independence, and the tools they need to thrive.

At Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, we offer programs designed to provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support for individuals and families in need available in Dutchess County, and virtually across New York State. From virtual mentorship for young adults to community support initiatives, our programs focus on helping people build independence, confidence, and essntial life skills.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play a critical role in making our programs successful. Opportunities include:
Mentorship for young adults (ages 18–24)
Assisting with virtual workshops and support sessions
Community outreach and engagement
Organizing resources and events
